MICDC supports programs that promote the reclamation and preservation of local African American history and the legacy of social justice and equality.

To address this overwhelming reality, MICDC will develop a sustainable food and farm system that brings together institutions, agencies, farmers, to sustain the production and consumption of local foods, particularly by and among limited resource farmers.
